  • We ask that all contestants arrive by 12:45pm on June 20th, 2026

  • Talent show will start at 1:30pm sharp

  • Please check-in with one of our STAFF members in the blue shirts upon arrival

  • Please fill out the entire form below to the best of your ability and with as much detail as possible

  • DEADLINE TO RETURN FORM IS SATURDAY, MAY 30th @noon *We kindly ask for this deadline as we had an incredible amount of performers sign-up for the talent show, so to keep planning moving smoothly, any unconfirmed spots after the deadline will need to be offered to another performer.
