GIN COCKTAILS

USING A SHAKER:

3 oz LMD Barrel Aged Gin

4 dashes Angostura bitters

2 sugar cubes (muddled)

Dash of water

Ice cubes

Shake and pour over sphere ice cubes (or regular cubes)

Garnish with an orange peel twist

TWISTED OLD FASHIONED

GRAPEFRUIT N’ ELDERFLOWER GIN AND TONIC

USING A 7 OZ GLASS:

2 oz LMD Granny’s Gin

2 oz pink grapefruit juice

3/4 oz elderflower liqueur

1/2 oz simple syrup

Ice cubes

USING A 7 OZ GLASS:

1.5 oz LMD Granny’s Gin

3⁄4 oz fresh lemon juice

3⁄4 oz simple syrup

Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and gin into a shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into glass over fresh ice.

Top with club soda

Garnish with lemon and a cherry

Granny’s Christmas Cocktail

CRANBERRY THYME GIN AND TONIC

1.5 oz Cranberry juice

1.5 oz LMD Granny’s Gin

1.5 oz freshly squeezed orange juice

1 oz simple syrup

3 sprigs of fresh thyme

Crushed ice

Cold tonic water

Fresh cranberries for garnish

In a 12 oz glass, add cranberry juice, gin, orange juice, simple syrup, and 2 springs of thyme. With the back of a spoon, muddle the thyme against the inside of the glass. Add crushed ice to 2/3 full. Then top the remainder of the glass with tonic water. Stir. Garnish with remaining tyme spring and a few fresh cranberries.
