Baldur's Release No. 010 is a bold and expressive 5.5-year-old 100% rye whisky that celebrates the unmistakable character of Canadian rye through a unique dual-cask maturation. Aged first in a once-used bourbon barrel, then finished in a toasted and spiced new oak cask, it offers inviting notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, warm baking spices, clove, cinnamon, and a hint of citrus zest. The result is a beautifully balanced rye with exceptional depth, complexity, and a remarkably smooth finish.
